Well, it depends... But keep in mind that the requirements may change from time to time and there could be some differences depending on your country. But there are some requirements that the airlines usually ask for, which can include: Height, vision, hearing, a crew initial training course, and so on. You can check the "Recruitment" tab for additional information regarding the requirements.

Usually, the salary depends on a bunch of factors, like the number of flight hours you have in that month, your sales onboard, how many overnights you did, etc.

In most of the airlines, you will find the following structure: Basic salary + flight hours + onboard sales (if applicable) + extras (overnights, daily allowances, bank holidays, uniform allowance, etc.).

Let's say you have a 900€ salary, you did 80h of flight time (each hour earning 8€), and your sales bonus is 100€, you will receive at least 1640€ before taxes, which is (in my opinion) a decent salary.
